June 10, 2019 To the William Paterson community: Dr. Siamack Shojai has stepped down from his role as dean of the Cotsakos College of Business, effective Friday, June 7, 2019. He will return to his role as professor of economics, finance, and global business this fall. To provide day-to-day coverage of the Cotsakos College of Business and to make sure student needs are met without interruption, Associate Provost Jonathan Lincoln will assume leadership responsibilities immediately as acting dean. Over the next several weeks, in consultation with department chairs and incoming Provost Powers, we will set plans in place for longer-term leadership for the College until we launch a national search for a permanent dean in September, when the faculty return for the fall semester.
