There are many resources available to proposal developers no on the Internet to supplement the bountiful amount of printed materials that were already available and that continue to be produced. The Office of Sponsored Programs maintains a library of general reference materials that provide outlines and guidelines to support proposal development as well as agency and grant program specific information. As use of the Internet grows and the quality of materials found there increases, it is becoming more and more common to find all the guidelines and forms for public grant programs as well as the regulations that govern each agencies activities in offering and then managing grant programs and awards.
