This program is intended for college graduates who wish to pursue a medical or other pre-professional education but have not yet taken any or all of the science courses required for admission to medical or other pre-professional schools such as dentistry, veterinary, physician's assistant, optometry, pharmacy, physical therapy, and other health care professions. This program provides students with the flexibility to take the prerequisites required for their pre-professional goals, as well as taking additional coursework that may enhance their application. Post-Baccalaureate certificated students have early registration status, pay undergraduate tuition, and receive advising tailored to individual goals and application preparation services. Students who do not have a prior undergraduate biology degree, may use the courses taken for this certificate to complete a Biology BS.
