Overview

Trombonist John Allred’s fleet and fluent jazz playing has graced the stage and studio alongside Clark Terry, Bucky and John Pizzarelli, Natalie Cole, Liza Minelli, Pete Chistleib, Larry Carlton, and Robin Ford among many others. His large ensemble credits are equally impressive and include Woody Herman’s Young Thundering Herd, Harry Connick Jr., The Toshiko Akioshi Jazz Orchestra, The Carnegie Hall Jazz Band, The Vanguard Jazz Orchestra, Bill Allred’s Classic Jazz Band, and Vince Giordano’s Nighthawks. The versatile Allred is a first-call studio and Broadway pit musician as well. For this appearance he teams up with well-known cornetist Warren Vaché for a swinging and melodious evening!

Admission: $10 per evening concert • $40 for weeklong pass (on sale through Thursday, July 15)
