The TouchNet Bill+Payment Center is a web-based system which offers students up-to-date account information with real-time updates to student records.  Students can access their electronic billing statement, make online enrollment deposits and tuition payments, enroll in the payment plans and set up their profile to receive refunds by direct deposit.
