FERPA Form

William Paterson University complies with the requirements of the FAMILY EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS AND PRIVACY ACT (FERPA).

FERPA release forms are currently processed only in-person through the Center for Student Services, located in Morrison Hall. Students may authorize release of their academic, financial aid, student account and/or disciplinary records to a third party (i.e.., parents, grandparents, etc.) by completing the FERPA form and providing valid ID.

The university is committed to the development of a more convenient electronic process. We anticipate that this process will be available to students shortly.

In the meantime, please stop in at Morrison Hall Room 101 to complete the release.
